Sires/Semen

Gateway to Wool Production

At Towalba Merino Stud we are excited about our AI and ET programs as they give us the opportunity to maximise genetic gain and lift numbers of top sheep for ourselves and our clients.

Outstanding ewe Towalba Mardi will kick-start our 2019 ET program. Towalba Mardi was grand champion August shorn ewe at Dubbo National Show and Sale this year and as a granddaughter of Towalba Calendar is showing the outstanding traits for which Towalba is renowned.

Two other outstanding show ewes, Towalba Kate (Poll) and Towalba Meghan will also be used in the ET program. Details of our stud sires which are being used in AI, ET and natural joining programs are available on the sires link.
